Makes sense.... the most radical/ flamboyant gays dont have the negative impact on the group as a whole as say Westboro Baptist does on religion.

Id argue the majority of people casting such a bad light on religion arent actually evangelical. Nobody that's completely devout judges any on for anything per the bible, as supposedly its gods job as I understand it.

Yes, people that had stores prior to the usurpation of their private property right in 1964 had their stores changed, from one kind of property to another, by government force.

so they were not allowed to call their stores private instead of public? can you show me where in the civil rights law it forced them to call their stores public instead of private?

They had already been private. Having to change them to some other government invented pseudo property status is evidence of the force. The initial change was forced on them and then in order to comply they would have been forced to do something else.


Hint- When force is used or threatened....it's presence is self evident. It's like a turd in punch bowl, its clearly a turd and not an attractive garnish, well for most of us anyway.

So they were grandfathered in or would they be forced to do something to designate the new status of their property that a non owner had forced upon them?
