I just wanted you to be clear. There are lots of different ways to feed your plants. Top dressing is tried and true method. I use water soluble plant food. They all work when used properly. You will have to decide which is best for your setup.

Me personally I think the top dressing is better for me cause I always do bad with liquids even with my house plants. Too dressing I feel like just does the job for you

I like to use diatomaceous earth as 1" top dressing so dry amendments don't work well for me. It's important to apply beneficial fungus and nematodes at the beginning before coving the top 1" layer with diatomaceous earth and after that you don't have access to apply dry amendments but I'll take the trade off of healthy roots, no pests, and the added silica from the diatomaceous earth, it makes the plants leaves thick and healthy.

Cal-Mag 1 tsp per gallon you’ll see big difference in 24-36 hours. I use GH products for many years great products, easy to use and not a burden on your wallet. Good luck my friend!

Update on her today ! Looks better overall. The yellow did get a little brighter .. yes but it doesn’t look like it’s spreading anymore if that makes sense ? Let me know what you guys think !

Don't buy into hype just run Lucas Formula. That is the definition of simple.
3 ml micro : 6 ml bloom in clone/seedling
5 ml micro : 10 ml bloom in veg
8 ml micro : 16 ml bloom in bloom
If in coco add a couple ml of cal mag or look into epsom salts per/gallon of water.

I don't do solos, I use .75g pots for seeding then transplant into my 5g pots at week 3ish. The .75's are a good size, when I fill with my Pro-Mix, I've pre-wetted the medium and added some Mykos and that will stay damp enough for the seeds to sprout and go for about a week before needing a bit more water. I water close to the sprout and out about 75% of the way on the first watering, then the next time do the entire pot. The pots are taller which gives the roots a chance to go deep right off and at 3 weeks they've made it out to the edges of the pot.
I honestly wouldn't worry about it at 5"...I previously transplanted solo to 5g bags. Get your soil damp/wet before the transplant so you're transplanting into soil that's ready for roots to explore and is loose and damp. By the next time you water, your plants will have established pretty well.

Also someone is saying that I shouldn’t do 16/8 for Veg stage for light I should I do 12/12 do you think 16/8 is okay ?

I'm pretty sure you mean 18/6? That would be the standard for Autos and for the veg cycle of photos. I've run at 24/0, 20/4, 18/6 and even 16/8, but it's more about how bright your lights are. Do some research on DLI.

What speed do you want veg at? That should help you decide which light cycle to pursue. Light stress is more based on light intensity, not light/dark timing I THINK.
