What is so odd is they seem to understand each other, unless there is a flurry of PMs between them to orchestrate this common display of aggressive ignorance.

If i start a job working at $10 an hour and after a couple years find myself making $15 an hour, and then all of a sudden the newly hired people get paid the same as I do, then I either get a raise, or I pack my stuff and take my skill somewhere else. OR I just take the ass fucking and be thankful I have a job. Hmmmmm what to do.

that person making $15 an hour can just bootstrap themselves up to success if they want, the right wingers told me so. if that person doesn't they are lazy and only deserve minimum wage.

You take your skills to a competitor and let them offer you the same job at a higher rate in that case.....if I make 15 per hour but produce what 3 average employees produce then I am an asset to the tune of -30 per hour....lot to times the job will hide this card but if you play it you have to be prepared for them to call your bluff......

That person already had. Bootstrapping don't mean becoming the next Steve jobs or Warren jeffs. It's doing better.

If you've been somewhere 5 years and are making 15. They like you and you've been doing well.

A few years at 15 an hour, with diligence, discipline, and smart spending you can open a business.
