your plants look good. i'm using a 400 watt for my indoor plants too.

(2 pineapple express and some bagseed)

any problems with heat? I cant close mine without it getting hot in there.
I need to get an inline fan.

i really like your carbon filter. i need to make on.

Not really, not since I put my intake in the floor, it's drawing cool air conditioned air from the downstairs area of my house. With both lights running it stays between 79 and 83 in there depending on the outside temps for the day.

Here's that filter, Phenom - they are Holmes HAPF60.

ohhh ok, yeah they dont have those, i was lookin in the purifier section.. Thats ok I have a big piece from the one I bought for my hvac it will work all the same, thanks for doing some homework for me..

damn so far thats 3 of us that do the 24-36 hr dark period b4 switching to 12/12 you simpsonsampson420 and i lol

hell that's a day without having to pay the light bill for em LOL:bigjoint:

Day 34:
Plants are doing well under their new lights - and thus far, they are doing equally well under the HPS as the MH. New tops are coming along nicely.

Thanks! Well HTG threw in a pair of MH bulbs for making me wait two weeks for my lights, so I figured I'd give 'em a go - see how well they do. Yep temps still about 4 over - staying between 78 - 83 was the hottest, depending on outside temps.

Ok so - these guys are starting to flower already. I pulled 5 males out last night. Interesting to note, four of the five were sitting under the MH light, only one of them under the HPS. Coincidence? Or does the light spectrum also affect how soon they show sex? Either way - 15 still to go, hopefully I'll see a better male/female ratio than my first grow (2 males/1 female).

Nope - seed production reduces the quality of the end product. Plus after this any other grows I do will be from feminized seeds, no more bagseed. Already got some Trainwreck waiting in the wings - I'll be germinating them this coming Monday.

o ok, was just wondering...u got trainwreck so ur more than good...if u do it right your bagseed can come out beasters too!

lol I don't know friend, they are bagseed. My first grow, the leaves do seem a bit more narrow than these do, not pure sativa but probably dominant. These guys are probably a mix too - but I would agree, probably more on the indica side.
