Looking good Morp

Those L2's look nice for 6 weeks.
Good pics too.

I have been looking for good pics of the L2's.
Looks like something that I might be interested in cross breeding my super midgrade with.
Keep em growin

just wondering, i though you werent supposed to pt auto flowering plants on a 12/12 light cycle even in the flowering period or have i got that wrong judging from the pictures of the lowryders your definately doing somehing right?

Same thing I used. My shower is 3ft x 3ft by 7'. They work really good for a small op. It's starting to look like a little jungle in there. Check it out.

I hope you remembered to put a little bug spray around the edges of the wall. I've seen many a GROW wasted to spider mites or even ants.

you can put autoflowering plants on any light cycle you want and they will flower. however, because they will still flower under 18/6 or even 24/0 light cycles, growers tend to opt for these light cycles in order to provide the little chaps with as much light as possible = as much bud as possible.

my little lowryder spends 12 hours (from 10am - 10pm) in the shower cubicle with my flowering thai sativa. at 10pm the lowryder is moved into another area, where the lights (1x 125w ecolight cfl & 1x 20w cfl) come on at 2am. At 10am in the morning (or whenever im ready for him), the little chap is then moved back into the shower cubicle to bask under the hps. This results in 20 hours of light for the little bugger, 12 under hps and 8 under 145w cfls.

heres a few update photos. finally got some of the thai sativa to boot. enjoy!

also, any tips on how to speed up flowering on the thai? cheers folks

hey jolly, the lr2 is in a pot which i think is 11 litres, about 25cm in all directions.
as mentioned before, she spends 12 hours a day in the shower cubicle, and the other 12 hours in my wardrobe, along with my clothes.. just taken a few pics to show you the basic setup:

1st is my unassuming wardrobe
2nd is my slightly less unassuming wardrobe..
3rd is where she lives from 10pm - 10am.

space in there is about 2.5' tall x 2.5' length x 2' width,

oh, and the lr2, despite getting bushier is still purty much in the confines of the pots perimiter, so no bushier really than a foot wide, and a foot and a half tall.

hope this helps!

thats great man, the sort of space for my masterlow (basicaly a lowryder 2) is about that big so thats perfect! and it does look like theres plenty of Bud on it too!

let me know when you get onto growing your masterlow. depending on how the lr2 smokes after drying and curing, i think ill try a few of the other lowryder hybrids out there.. they take up very little space, dont require too much fuss, and (hopefully) will yield about an oz per plant in only 2 months.

despite some peoples views on lowryder, i think its a great strain for hybrids, and theres always somewhere you can stick a couple, whether its in the growroom or in a working wardrobe...
