Skunk living under my porch!

I got a skunk possibly skunks living under my porch. It smells so bad every morning, which is a problem given I do grow. I dumped a gallon of bleach and antifreeze down the hole yesterday, but this morning I could smell it. I live in city limits otherwise I'd just shoot him. I have read mothballs, or getting a propane tank and a hose and gas them concentration camp style..? I have 2 dogs and I'm not wanting them to get sprayed, I have read skunks mostly are rabid, so it must die. Anyone got any better ideas? I don't want animal control to come to my home at this given week for sensitive reasons.

I would just let the water hose run down the hole and drown em but its under the foundation of my house. I don't want it to fuck up the foundation, and I also don't want a skunks remains rotting under my porch.

There is a very nice man by the name of shrxhky420. He is a master in the art of pest control. He'll give you good advice for a small nominal fee. Just kidding I'm sure he'll tell you what's up for free. Pics of you or your wife's titties always moves things along faster though.

We're I'm at, cats and skunks are BFF. Perhaps you can make another place more attractive to stay at? Maybe make a little house and keep it stocked with cat food. Or just use the food to trap and move them...
I guess what I have to say is.. Cat food? Lol

There's no way you can get rid of it without killing it? Lure it out with some food, shoot it with a BB gun and scare it off, then board up however it was getting into that hole.

Also, if it's in a hole under your house, you gas it and it dies, isn't it going to stink and you might not be able to get to it?

Edit: looks like you thought of that, good deal hehe

BB Gun? Pfft that'll get me sprayed. Trap it, get sprayed. I'm at a loss here.

Attach a strong rope to the trap, so you can pull it out without touching it. then take a canvas bag and cover the trap to transport.

Yea just to scare it off, it wouldn't work because it would probably just go back down the hole. You would have to lure it out, then drop something over the hole, then scare it off.

How about a couple rounds of firecrackers while they are sleeping?

Once they are out, then use some rock to fill the hole

Get a cat trap and trap it. Use a thick blanket to cover the trap afterwards. Drive out into the country and shot his/her little ass.

Would you put a live skunk in your car and drive it to the woods? That would total my car if it sprayed. lol

It's about $50 to have a professional come & trap it & humanely release it. Call around, you'll get many diff. estimates. :peace:
