just killin it... ive been buying a lot of new toys... i bought a trimmer (i modified it and it can whip out several elbows in a day :blsmoke:), i got some killer dry racks, and a hand held fogger, and other fun stuff like that.

i was wondering if you know of any small (3x5 give or take) collapsable grow tents ? is there something i can easily pop up and down for a week at a time while i dry? - i just thought you may have came across something during all of your research ? if not, no worries...

thats the dry rack i just bought !!! it was only 50 bucks and they can hold around ten pounds at a time.

but i wanted to dry in my regular mother room, and put the mothers in the pop up tent... then i would switch the moms back to their regular room and take down the tent.

im wanting to do this for odor control reasons... my girlfriend is demanding that some changes be made.... her clothes smell like the bomb beezzie.

anyhow i need something i can throw up for a week at a time in the corner of my bedroom to keep the mommies in... just enough room for a T5 or two and my 5 moms.

i agree and thats basically what i use, but i get mine from ikea for 10 bux, the mesh isnt as nice and the unit is smaller but it does the job.

SOG what are ya using for a res? i just swapped my 96gallon like yours out for a deep freezer... i can now keep the water at a cool 50 degrees when i couldnt get temps below 61 with the 96gallon =) all using the same 1/2 hp chiller.

Was wondering, if you could throw some pics up of your res or link me to your thread .

I am building my own DIY AC and doing the kind of same thing besides using a chiller with a Ice Box. I made my own with a mini fridge(replacing the chiller) since i just had the mini firdge not being used i figured it would save me some money. Anyways so does your feezer have a temp setting on it that you turn to 50 so the water does not freeze ?? I was thinking the same thing after a long period of time the water would freeze unless the temps set for it not to. Since the fridge was off i am having to wait a few days for it to get to full power and coldest it can go. Then the test will be on to see if it works good enough of if i just wasted time. Now i have my beer right next to my grow dam lock the door i am living in there, dont let the wife in!! ;-)

bongsmilie 4 all!!!

Looking forward to your update SOG, always enjoy it!!

hey white widow,

SoG's been busy so let me see if i can help. Depending on your situation the thickness of insulation can vary. Like say your in a basement R-13 would be fine, But if your in an attic like he is you need 91/2" R-30 The spacing is 15 1/4" and go which means mark 3/4" of an inch before every red number on your tape measure. This will give you 16 inch on center stud spacing and allow sheet rock or plywood to work on layout. You just have to buy insulation for 16" on center studding, as 24" oc is also available. If you have any questions just pm me WW.

Hi cowboyframer and sog, didnt know how to pm so added here...

Basically its in my bedroom, i just want to create an insualted room - the area i have is about half the room size at 200 x 240cm - im just wondering how to go about it all, and i have heard that its a good idea to raise the grow off the ground too... i live in a high building so the 9.1/2inch stuff would be best im guessing - just have no idea where to start?

i could never go back to hand trimming........ spend the money and buy a trimmer... it will save u from weeks of hell... but you have to trim it wet... so you have to move fast and get a production line going. :eyesmoke:

i have turned 80 man hours into like 15.

Yea found out about the spin pro after all had been hung so I was sol. Next year though. I guess with the spin pro you need to use a screen type dry because the buds are too small to hang. I cut, hung, and am trimming. I didnt cut fans off before I hung on some. Some were easier than others to trim like that. The one that is sticky is way harder to trim after its dry than to trim it before hanging. Lessons learned.
