i wouldn't bother with filtering the exhaust
just put a backdraft at the end of the exhausts

do you have your temperature fluxuate any or do you keep it stable? what temp?
my temps are stable with my CoolBox and the AC on
the chiller is set to 50f, the water will get up
to 63-64 and stay there though the cycle

I'm having some issue with my controller as of last night
i had AM Hydro on the phone yesterday at midnight
it seems to be flaking out on the account of the digital ballasts being near by
they transmit a high radio frequency that blocks the communication between the controller and its sensor
i had to bypass it for now, replacement is on its way

thanks sog. so it keeps air from coming back in when the unit shuts off. now i feel kinda stupid asking that ? cause the name pretty much say it all

have you considered raping your trashcan with a big blanket to keep the chill in. it might help, might not.

not into raping sparat1k ;)

i have the temps at 82.2 with the AC running and the CoolBox starting at 50
my 1/2 hp chiller isn't strong enough to combat 14k btu heat alone
i don't need to wrap my res, i need another 1/2 hp
so i can run with only the CoolBox

will you be cooling your reservoirs at all?

it seems more beneficial to me to have reservoir temps below 70 degrees and having room temps at around 78-82 degrees.

(your coolbox idea is cool as hell, reminds me of watercooling a cpu)

do you think the copper tubing would oxidize in the site reservoirs?

im thinking of a way to rig up a daisy-chain chiller for multiple reservoirs. any ideas?

how's the humidity in the room? i know you only got 1 site running now. i'm curious to know how many hours the dehumidifer will spend on when the room is filled with plants.

Finally got some plants in there! Congrats, can't wait to see em develop. My last harvest with SSH went 75 Days in flower and she didn't like high levels of nutrients. So watch out for nutrient burn with this strain. I was running 1,000-1,300 ppm's (without Co2 so you should be able to raise it more).

SSH also likes to collect powder mildew, so the more fans the better :)
