That is why both in the Constitution and according to the Supreme Court taxes on wages and labor is illegal.. Even in the tax code it says income tax is voluntary, but i guess that doesn't matter does it....

The tribe defines what is or is not thief. Not the anarchist, the tribe.
So, a tax has never been theft, as there is nothing you can do about it when the tribes says it is OK.

Which began the phenomenon we now call "homeless". I was there and watched mentally ill people wander the streets and live in parks. He turned helpless people into homeless people and for that I know he's got a special place in the worst place Christians threaten each other with.

We were initially set up to avoid this. I don't see how in a communicable society though, but the attempt was made.

This all began with the improperly regulated stock market that was huckstered in the 20s the same as it was in the 90s. Tulip Mania. is the same thing as Irrational Exuberance. Bur, then, in late 20s, there was no social safety net, at all. My brother wrote his Dissertation on it. He has able to link that early failure to the modern social failure of the State Mental institutions. He proved this is all about your personal safety net. And he showed you do not have to be mentally defective, just down on your luck. Seems silly, that was never proven, but that is science. He put this way, if the personal safety net is burned for whatever reason, there is no way to repair it, without help from someone or some organization.

We were set up with individual liberties as the goal. Tyranny of the majority was a well known consequence of democracy and that's why we took efforts to avoid such a system. We did the best we could, but in a collective society it's near impossible. I reject the supposition that we were designed to have a tyranny of mob rule, the goals you read from our founders are quite clear in their contempt for it.
Agreed that we see the tyranny of the minority now. The "moral majority" dictated policy for years and they were most definitely NOT the majority they claimed. Just collectively louder. We see the same now when policy dictates we send home a first grader for bringing in a hello kitty bubble gun or pointing a finger and saying bang.
Doer, I think you are mostly right except that it was our intent to have mob rule. I really don't think we were initially designed that way. Might be a good exercise to start bringing out the Federalist papers and other communications from that era and before. I'm open to the possibility it was intentional, it's just my public school education told me otherwise. Many things I've learned since leaving school have since been discarded as rubbish, this may be another example.

If the Fathers missed anything it was this, to me.
- we were not to be a 3rd rate player in the world with this Constituion
- instant communications make for instant mobs
- so complex that it became, it is beyond the grasp of the ordinary citizen
- that the Congress would morph into such gridlock
Other than that they had a pretty good idea. And really, the System does work around all that above.

I really do think our system is the best, but that's because we haven't found a better one yet. Jefferson thought we'd need a revolution every 20 years or so to maintain our freedoms, he may have been correct.
