what size pots
mixing of light spectrum or straight 2700K
transplanting-neccessary or not
nutes- what kind (though i would find it hard to let go of the Jacks african violet food (flowering)) maybe an add-in
any other suggestions or tips would be helpful
It is never too late to transplant I don't believe if it is for the right reasons, meaning there is a good reason you are doing it.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.
Hey guys I was wondering what would be the best time to take clones from a 12/12 from seed grow, I know there will be a relapse with the plant due to lighting but I was just curious as to when most people take their cuttings at a certain height or time, if at all from 12/12 plants.
I agree with bluetick. If its done correctly, there is no stress to a plant in transplanting, even in mid flowering and I have done it many times before. Use your existing pot to create the hole by filling in around it, then remove it, slide her out gently and straight into the new 'hole'.

It's late now but try bigger pots next time. I'm surprised they're that big. They look great but try 6x6 pot next time and see if u yeild more. Nice grow!!!
