I'd say more like middle school. I know my high school teachers knew better then to try to take my shit. All it's gonna do is cause a scene, and they wouldn't of won.

lol exactly... in high school aint no teacher took my phone except once when i was in hallway and the fukin disaplinary person saw me wit it and took it out my hands.. was only time... but now in college the professors well atleast my math one always be buggin bout cell phones but i still txt without hiding it cuz she knows she gon lose against me:mrgreen:bongsmilie

high school teachers don't give a shit.
idk when u went to hs or where u went to hs but when i went to hs thats all the fukin teachers cared about was cell phones... everytime u turned around there was some1 losin there phone or someone being suspended cuz of there phone

pictures/vids of weed on a cell phone are evidence of possession.
While I'm sure the school will say so, it really isn't. I have a video of my friend's truck dynoing, but that's not evidence of me posessing a truck. Hell, I wasn't even there at the time, he sent my the vid.

interesting. I knew that texts could be used as evidence, but I didn't think that pictures could be unless they matched up to physical things (like a pic of you holdin a j vs. a pic of a j)

a lawyer can usually make cell phone content inadmissible.
