I done a side x side using mg and botanicare ,worked great albeit had add couple doses cal_mag..if i'm out nutes better believe,i'm heading to old ladies garden supplies. Mg will burn only if used in excess. On top flap where u open it has instructions for indoor plant care one small scoop per gallon of water i never used a full scoop through whole grow. Plus rep jpeg.

Yeah it looks like the pot is too small without even seeing the pot..that is half your problem.....in a container that tiny you probably won't need to feed anything ...have you been giving it nutes?

Miracle grow soils is JUST FINE for veg. In some ways its better than other soils IN VEG.
The problem with MG soil is when you kick it to flower. The degrading ferts are for veg, not for flowering.
When you switch to flower, the mix is wrong.
IF you run veg for 60 days, most of the MG nutrients will be used up and it wont affect flowering at all.
If you go 30 days, or even worse if you go 12/12 from seed, you are definitely feeding your plants the wrong nutrient mix.

That plant started in a 18oz party cup and has gotten bloom nutes since birth (10-54-10) it just don't get as much light as the rest of my plants.

Can't watch vids man..comp too slow or connection too slow...not sure but that guy is right....mg works best when ya veg and use up all the ferts and have to start adding your own halfway through bloom...I see you are in Chicago...there are 4-5 places in the City that sell good soil at decent price.

That is your problem. You are double dosing it with nutrients. It is already LOADED with nutrients and then you are hitting it with major nutrients on top of it. That is what is burning your plants.

MG POTTING MIX N=0.21 P=0.07 K=0.14 FE=0.10

So I'm wondering how Miracle Grow will hurt my plants at any stage of it's life? It wont AT ALL!!! I'm also starting to think the person(s) who started the rumor about MG may have just been shitty growers when they tried it. Miracle Grow Soil is suppose to feed for a certain amount of months meaning it Wasn't designed to give high dosages of nutrients(6 months in my case)nor was designed specifically for the cultivation of cannabis, this is why we supplement our nutrients with Big bloom, small bloom, all bloom and many other water soluble fertilizers. So it is the same as other soils,it just sustains plants and the soil can be used until harvest.

It baffles me that some of the vets around here say miracle grow is the worst thing in the world for your plant....You are supposed to help new growers and help them with what they have. Not tell them to go buy a freakin 2 cubic foot block of soiless medium for $45 when all they can afford is $15 bag of MG
Giving good advice is what people need. If all that a person can afford is plan B then you will get B quality flowers. MG is for inexperienced gardeners who have no money or for experienced graders who have no sense. There are a number of ways of reducing the costs of materials used for cannabis but most new growers don't want to learn about growing plants they just want bud. MG will give you bud but it will be low class.

Agreed, Some people like me also just want to learn and grow for the experience, where the knowledge of knowing whether or not you can save $50 when choosing a soil for your first grow comes into play. For my first time I don't expect to grow danky McDankerton, so a nice cheap bag of MG will suffice for a test run.

Someone in hydro would say all soil is garbage, any real growers can grow in any kind of medium,i could veg a plant in tissue if i wanted to,you're saying a soil is bad because
you had a bad experience, with bad experience. I get premium buds cause I'm good at my craft.

hold on now solw down a min. MG can burn a plant for sure if you use it improperly if you over water of heavy water it will release it nutes too soon or all at once if you fluch it it will burn so to day ths is false. it can work well but it can go horribly wrong too. it is also a little hard on a young seedling if you start in it.
