The way I see it is MrZ stalked TM in the dark long enough that TM felt threatened & felt he had to defend himself from this stalker. When TM turned & defended himself & started to get the best of mrZ.......he shot him...MrZ had no business following TM. He wasn't in uniform. I take my dog for walks every day. Many times we have strayed into residential neighborhoods around us. If fat old mrZ would have stalked me like he did TM, he would have seen my S&W, up close!.....if I poke a sleeping dog with a stick until he bites the stick, is he really a 'rabid dog'? or did I cause the whole thing?......mrZ could have/should have, stayed in his car......just like 911 told him too.....

Exactly.

I think Zim was in pursuit and Mar had enough and confronted, got the upper hand
and was then shot.

Who cares what training either of them had, within a few seconds and the element of
surprise Im willing to bet Mar had Zim on the ground and was feeding him.

The pussy who couldn't take it shot another man after he accosted and impeded
him.

No real surprise.

We don't have cops in our neighborhood and we had a bad theft problem for a while. I talked to the neighbors about it and started bird dogging the street; guns and all. There is nothing wrong with and nothing illegal about watching someone that is strange to the neighborhood or someone you don't recognize. I've approached a few people that didn't live on our street and asked them what they were up to. A few people that were up to no good were run off... actually they ran off on their own when I made my presence known.

No one has been harmed and everyone I have stopped that was supposed to be there has been understanding about the situation. No one has been offended.

I don't buy that he was scared and thought he needed to defend himself. I CAN, however, imagine him being up to no good, raising someone's suspicions and trying to evade the situation by continuing to walk. Then when he became even more desperate to evade the spotter, he attacks. In my experience, the only people that have ever become aggressive were the ones that were up to no good. They are also the ones that high tail it when they think you might be onto them.

I do believe they are trying to do to Z what they have done to Paula D, but the American justice system won't let that happen; trying to make an example out of someone.

Well Neitz then you & I would probably be having a shoot-out at YOUR instigation. I have no reason to stop for you. You could be Ariel Castro for all I know!........as soon as I fled & you chased me......it's on! I'm gonna stop when I can get the advantage & I'd drop you in your tracks!.....if you chased after me in the dark, you better be ready for a gun fight......

I find it amusing that you label Zimmerman in an evil light, all while at the same time acting like you just portrayed him.

It is amazing how so many people think it is impossible to just have a civil conversation. You gave a prime example of what should have happened, and you're correct, if they don't have anything to hide, why run.

I am certain this is the same attitude that got Martin shot.
This is the kind of mentality that is going to get your ass killed. I bet you are about as accurate as a cop having to empty a whole mag just to hit your target once.

.....Nope Vietnam vet 9th Infantry 1969-1970.....I've shot more people than you can count........I've made it 60+ years with this mentality. Thank you for caring. I'm just saying not everyone is an unarmed teenager, if he tried that with me, he would be dead.....I have a cc permit....

Geraldo Rivera has declared that Zimmerman will be found not guilty. You might as well lock the thread now...

The dead martin has an ear witness that cannot read, can barely speak and looks like she is taking a shit when she tries to be evasive with her answers. The actual eye witness forms complete sentences and backs up Zimmerman entirely.

It was the prosecution that was subject to the ground and pound today...

The only important piece in this case is if Zimmerman was in fear of his life or not and the prosecution is not going to be able to prove he was not... End of Story... Drag travan's friend out and have her deliver the coup de gras with a ballad...

I think it's more about did TM feel threatened?......he would be justified in defending himself....he put up a valiant fight against an armed aggressor...but lost...

Damn you're old.
I'm glad that you have killed more people than I can count, that makes me feel all warm and squishy inside.
I also have a cc permit, but I also don't feel like I have to kill everyone that looks at me crooked.

Chasing after me in the dark of night, is a stretch from "looking crooked"...........please tell me you don't go around chasing after people you don't know, in the dark, with your gun......

Not usually. I have actually only had to pull out my firearm once. However, I wasn't even going to shoot to kill, I was aiming at his kneecaps. Also, you don't know for certain that he chased him down, for all you really know is that Martin charged at him when he was going to find out the address on the other side of the street. There has actually been witnesses that said they heard running down that walk going toward the T.

I've never had to draw, but I won't be aiming for the kneecaps.......mrZ initiated this contact......TM didn't pull him from his car....

Eh, I'd rather just pop a couple kneecaps, rather than questioning myself if I had to really end their life over their stupidity. I would rather cripple them and make them have to think about their actions for the rest of their life. Was a very interesting night when it happen though.

sirgreenthumb, desert dude, and echelon1k1 all like what the admitted white supremacist has to say.

let's all keep that in mind as desert dud and sirgreendumb keep bringing up their racial resentment about this case.

why would i be butthurt that someone who i identified as a possible racist is in lockstep with a white supremacist?

that only bolsters my suspicions.

maybe abort the pictures and stick to failed analogies instead.
