You bring up a good point that initial occupancy can be one of the components of creating "ownership" of land. What are the other components ?

A nation is a involuntary construct most of the time, as it usually describes imaginary lines around a type of plantation where slaves or livestock are lead to believe they are parts of the nation. It is a sleight of hand employed by parasites.

Having rights as a member of a natural demographic group is not equivalent to the right to cause harm by discrimination. Your comparison is therefore not applicable.
