Look closely at the pictures. My issue is not in what best gets resin off of glass my issue is in how the fuck to get the resin out of the bong without removing the diffuser or down stem.

seems its the nature of the beast with the bong you bought.
you can swirl the alcohol around in there and then dump it out through the stem .... and just put massive amounts of water through it to rinse.
removing the downtube would be the best way but i know that shits a pain with those bongs.... next time get a glass on glass slide type bong ... very easy tyo clean

just gotta shake it around with the alcohall and salt til the chunks breake up enough to just pour out...??? not sure i understand the problem. i got bubblers that get huge chunks of resin in the egg that wont come out and just shake em around til they break up enough to pour out

The hole it has to come out of on the diffuser is really small. It would probably be harder to get a mass of chunks out of that then it would be to remove the down stem or diffuser. Or if I try and pour it out through the downstem then I can't get the angle and the liquid comes out but hte chunks stay in.

what your talking about isn't a diffuser it's a Perc mine has 2 percs and a diffuser down stem alcohol and salt will clean it just let it sit for like 10 mins and rinse clean water through the top and then blow down to get it all out of your perc. U may need to repeat but your peice doesn't look so dirty.

yeah diffusers are downstems with holes or slits cut in them...

oh btw before you dump the alcohol salt mixture plug the holes with your fingers and hands and shake it around real good.

i think the best cleaning method is boiling...

nothing seems to get a piece as clean as boiling it in some hot water for a couple minutes


but i dont think you could find a pot big enough for your bong

It does the job for 160 hard to find a Pyrex 20 inch glass on glass double Perc with a diffuser for that price
