Yeah. Here's a real life event for you. I was 12 years old playing basketball and baseball with my dad at a local high school. After playing catch for awhile, we hear a bird screeching, in pain and saw it hobbling around on a field near by. We go over and check it out and clearly see it's wing is broken. He calls Animal Control, after I say we should take it home first to care for it, and in 15 minutes Animal Control shows up, takes the bird and thanks us for what we did.
Yeah. I'm sure it wouldn't take that much longer, unless there some other more pressing issue happening for them first, which in case you have no control over and still gives you no right.

It wasn't an insult. It's actually a great skill to have if you are lacking with it; it makes living day-to-day life so much better. You think of solutions to your life instead of bitch about others and their property. It's awesome. You should try =)

Yeah it's not when you are preventing a crime. Again you intelligence is showing. If it was a crime, I would've been charged for tackling a 17 year old kid who was trying to rob liquor from the store next to where I work. Once again, quit assuming.
