Sounds and looks like you have things perfectly under control. It shows in your words that you have done your research. Also, the advice cashcropper has given you is 100% golden
Overwatering has no effect on "stunting" into bud. Watering has no effect on photoperiod. I'm not sure if you made a mistake in your typing but it seems as though you think that your overwatering had some effect on their maturity cycles.
Fox Farms is great and you should follow a cycle of water-dry-feed-dry-water-dry-feed-dry-water-dry-feed. However many days it takes for soil to dry varies depending on many factors such as humidity, ventilation, plant size, temperature, etc.
Was feeding a solution of Fox Farms BB/GB supplemented with CalMag+ during the end of veg, now I've switched to Fox Farms BB/TB, Advanced Nutes' Voodoo Juice and Big Bud, and CalMag.
I've been kind of lazy in regards to keeping this journal organized and detailed. I feel as though the risk and...
I'm amazed that these tiny buds are starting to frost up already, just 17 days in. I took some macros to show. I have a feeling if they are already frosting up this early, they are going to finish out nice and frosty :)
Growth tips........ Growth tips everywhere.....
Every single clone rooted. I had to give a bunch away to stay in accordance with legal plant counts. They are vegging under the T5's and coming along exceptionally well. No photos of them today.
Instead I have lotsa photos of the flowering girls and even a few macro shots. Enjoy.
Different mediums will dry out at different times depending on different circumstances such as humidity, temps, plant size and water uptake, etc. I would give them a regular watering and after you finish, pick up the pot and get a feel for what it weighs. Then give it a day or two to dry out...
Sounds like fungus gnats. Sometimes in commercial soil you will get larvae. Just put out a sticky fly trap and catch some so you can post a photo. You know the type, the ones that are just a little tube like an m-80 firecracker and you pull the end and it stretches out to be a sticky strip of...
I'd love to do this. Unfortunately, I don't live in the proper area for this. I watch Gold Rush Alaska ALL the time. Haven't missed an episode yet. One day when I have my compound in the mountains, I'll be doing this. Can't wait to see photos!
Should be fine and even if not, you can always do some bondage to get it to fit ;)
Rule of thumb is plants will double to triple in size by the time they finish.
Sorry to jack the thread with a ? of my own but, any idea if a drainage layer of perlite or stones at the bottoms are necessary with Smart Pots? Anyone ever use them?
My Greenhouse WW looks much more Indica than what you have there. I wonder if DP sells WW of the same heritage. Isn't Greenhouse the true original White Widow?
I got my adapters from Home Depot for super cheap. They work great for a Veg/clone CFL setup. Heres what I was able to rig up for less than 50 bucks. 12 bulb CFL clone setup. In the picture, I'm only running 4 bulbs at a time but they are setup for 6 bulbs per fixture. Two fixtures for a total...
Damn laser, sorry to hear about the nanners. I commend your efforts to salvage whatever you can by inspecting closely and plucking any boy parts. Best of luck friend!
I'm no expert either but when I had similar symptoms most of the responses in my thread were that I had Mag deficiency. Don't take it as gospel. I hear alot of people spit out "it's overwatering" or "it's mag deficiency" for everything.
Not much to report. Gave them a 3/4 dose of Grow Big, full strength Big Bloom, full strength Voodoo Juice, full strength CalMag+. I'll be switching over to Tiger Bloom during my next feeding.
I had a scare where a small bit of cobwebs from the ceiling tiles got onto the S.A.G.E. clone and I...
