Do you have any more details? What the hell is a CF meter? What line of nutrients were you using? Watering Schedule (xMin x/Day or drip?)? What strength were you feeding? Did your reservoir have any smells? When you ripped 'em out did the roots look ok?

That's a much more realistic strength. Still a little on the strong side, but some strains will be happy at that strength. My DP White Widow would love it, but say Big Bhudda Blue Cheese....it would be burning, choking, and dying from overfert at that strength.

Don't worry. @ 3 weeks you they could still just be stretching. Every strain is different. Sometimes plants that some weaksauce just end up being slow and ultimately delivery on yield and potency.
