    if you check out growweedeasy.com there is some very impressive results with CFL's, nothing wrong with them at all for smaller grows and 3 or less plants. Definetely spend the $20 on 4-6 6500k 23w bulbs though

But if you pot up properly, a 36" plant in a 7 gallon container, 2 nights (a standard weekend away) youre plant is not going to dry up, Argue all you want, but theres no reason for normal people to not have...

    The plants arent going to die or even wilt if they arent waterred for 2 nights, it doesnt rain everyday where they naturally grow, give em water before you leave, and lead a normal life. Maybe dont go out of town every weekend, but a few times a grow isnt going to hurt the plant
