Hey guys, so it seems every time I start some new seeds they pop within 24-48 hours,then they always seem to stretch 3-4" and tip over.i use rockwool cubes.the plants always seem to end up fine,I just see so many other pictures of better looking babies... Any suggestions??

I was wondering If there Is a general rule of thumb when It comes to the life of a grow bulb? Mh or HPS.Will a bulb look good but possibly have a weakening of the light spectrum that we would not notice? I just put a new MH in one of my hoods that I know I had used for 2-3 years. Just curious...
