    slow bud growth

As DD mentioned, it's definately a hybrid that's probably more indica. Those yellowing and necrotic leaves look like the plant needs to be fed more. Try to give her a strong fertilization containing a roughly even amount of all three macros with micros. During flowering, you should try to give...

    Light Cycles?

Roots grow fastest at night. 24/0 keeps root growth, and therefore pot size, down and supplies the plants with extra energy. Having a night cycle is good for rooting clones and anytime you want to encourage root growth, as well as for decreasing electrical costs.

Please Help! Black/Brown discolorations on leaves - Ends drying n dying (gray color)

Start by checking your soil pH if you haven't yet. Pictures 1 and 2 are showing Calcium &/or Magnesium deficiency. Pictures 3&4 are showing Phosphorus deficiency. That combination of deficiencies can be caused by a pH of about 6 when it should be 6.5.

    Q: Seedsman's strain Original Haze

The space between nodes doesn't get that big until flowering. Haze has a well known stretch as soon as they start flowering. 12/12 begins and they jump up immediately. It grows normally during veg. This is all from experience with original Haze many years ago. The Seedsman variety may be more...

    Q: Seedsman's strain Original Haze

We haven't tried Seedsman's version, but we've grown original Haze. Seven inch tall plants topped three times and growing six stalks will reach over six feet tall by the end of flowering. They'll take over 110 days to finish as well. Original haze will have about a foot of stem between each node...

    Should i start flushing?

Flushing isn't necessary by any means. When you're growing a strain you have no experience with and don't really know how long it'll take, it's usually best to skip flushing the first time around imo. It's better to just not flush than to risk the plants stalling out from lack of food only days...

    How to beat the OP

No. Grinding, by itself, is enough to get something off of it but it won't defeat the gelling agent. Unless you really take very little, it will still turn to sticky goo and clog up your nose. Most of the product will be trapped in the gel after insufflation, which is why it doesn't work very...

My first grow design. Little help with the flower room?

A 600w can light a 3x3' floor area very well and provides for 3' of vertical plant height. The problem you have is that there's no way to get two stationary 600w's to properly light a 5x5' floor area. A circular, two-lamp light mover would be your best bet imo.

    When do i start curing

When they're almost done drying but not quite, the drying process is slowed drasticly by beginning the curing process. The remaining little bit of excess moisture left in the buds is slowly leached out while they cure.

    HPS bulbs

We always put 4 plants in 5gal buckets underneath a 400w HPS. So, yeah. With a strong yielding strain and sufficient training, up to a pound can be had at each harvest using one of those.

    HPS bulbs

Ten 5gal buckets will fit and two 400w's will light it perfectly. 400's only support up to 2.5' of vertical plant growth so you'd want to have them at or below that size at harvest, or else get stronger lights.

    Quick question

No, the "ultimate grow kit" is not required to grow marijuana. Nirvana's been in business for more than a decade and has won competitions with their genetics. You never know what condition seeds bought from a given distributor will be in, however. While Nirvana's legit, that doesn't guarantee...

when i flush my plants isnt that kind of like over watering??

Yes, flushing can be considered overwatering. For a plant to be in enough of an overwatered state to cause problems, however, there needs to be more than one watering involved. Just like with a heavy rain, plants can survive a good drenching without problems, as long as the substrate is allowed...

A Few Questions, It's Been Awhile.

With adequate cooling, a 400w can be as close as 10" away from the plant tops. Depending on their growth rate, setting them at 12-13" away each day should give them enough room for vertical growth between adjustments. edit: This means the distance between the bulb and the plants, not the lamp...

help!!!!! cant figure out wat problem my baby has first timer !!!!!

Give it until the soil dries again. Plants aren't as lively right after watering. It'll perk up. Be sure to check the pH of your fertilizer solution when you feed them, unless you've checked it before and know what the pH of that particular mix is.

any experienced users of ph up crystals?????

Yes, it's safe to use more of it to properly set your soil pH. It's definately harder on the plants to live in the wrong pH substrate than to use a little more pH adjuster. There are many great fertilizers out there that are very alkaline. Because nearly all of our ferts have a high pH, we only...

help!!!!! cant figure out wat problem my baby has first timer !!!!!

If the soil pH is ok, go straight to feeding. While we can't say much for certain about your fertilizer, it at least seems to have all three macronutrients. Give it a try.
