yea get a window ac or some sorts of ac . window ac way better then a portable unless you spend 500 or 600 on a portable . but for . 4 000 watts if they are air cooled I suggest a 10000 btu window unit in that room . if your getting a portable then you need 2 units .

it wont work . the filter would have to be out side . all the happened the filter got ice cold but the cooling was not efficient . so I what I did put a piece of filter over the hose . the pre filter from the carbon filter . now its cooling well . this is only for the winter any ways no bugs...
