crush up some vitamin tablets and add it it to their water. plants dont need any extra supplements if you are using a good quality complete fertiliser.

I've found that 6500k cfl's produce more leafy bud compared to using red spectrum bulbs. I've grown alot and only with cfl's and in flowering it makes alot of difference flowering with mainly red spectrum cfl's. a few pics from my last grow....

yeild depends on more things than just light and veg time such as strain. a veg time of two months or more would be best for a yeild of 2 ounces .and nutrients don't make plants grow faster, they sustain growth by supplying the plant with what it needs, your plants didnt need nutrients because...

clones are exact replicas of the plant you clone from, if you harvest and re-veg, you will produce stressed and confused plants that will probably be hermies, your better off just getting some new seeds. cloning must be done in the veg period. hope that helps

the purple leaves could be just be symtoms of a purple strain but the mottled green/yellow/beige/purple normally signify a toxic salt build-up, flush them through with 3x the volume of the pot.

cant see anything , but its normally easiest to spot the little yellow male flowers among the bud but under the amber glow of the hps its pretty indistinguishable

on closer inspection theres those evil little yellow flowers in the bud so tha fair enough u chopped it early, looks like some tasty bud none the less, gud calyx to leaf ratio

from the look of your buds, the amount of white pistols which looks like about 60/40 , you could have let them go alot longer and they would have pumped up and matured. wat does the bud look like wen its dried?

im not disputing that the plants grow under 2700k but that they grow alot better under 6500k, plants also grow under a 100w incandscents and on window sills but cfl's are far more efficient

no, they will be fine but i think that 1kw hps will be wasted on vegging plants as 2700k is the wrong type of photosynthetic active radiation , they will still grow fine but a large part of the energy your putting into that hps will be wasted, in my opinion but im stingey and my electricity...

i doubt your female would have been pollinated and as its early into flowering and at the moment it doesn't have very many calyxs' to pollinate.
