Bachmann wins straw poll in Iowa

LF recently accepted green energy subsidies to purchase equipment for his business.

Yet he criticizes the Bachmanns for accepting subsidies.

By his logic he, too, is a hypocrite.

But his logic is deeply flawed. :-P
haha, yes, the typical lib.

i am going to go out on a limb here, i bet he cheats on his taxes too. and if he doesnt "cheat" he at least maximizes his deductions.

flawed is right.

you want to take from those who have nothing, yet refuse to take from those who have everything.

you might think that these welfare programs are a drain on our economy but it's only because you haven't paused to consider the alternative.

i implore you to travel to nicaragua, so you see what it looks like when the poor really receive NOTHING.....
you poor misguided nitwit....

I am pointing out that the Democratic "Balanced Approach" is nothing of the sort as long as 47% percent of filers pay absolutely no income taxes.

Why do I need to travel to a Third World shit-hole when Progressive policies are transforming our society into one?

Here is an alternative for you: A system where bad behavior is not encouraged because the government subsidizes it.

No, what most Conservatives are saying is that the Progressive tax system is completely unfair. Since there is no baseline percentage, you have to go by the lowest tax rate that has applied to ALL CITIZENS, across ALL INCOMES. In this case, that rate happens to be ZERO. So that's the baseline. Fast forward to today, people with good incomes are plastered with rates in the 30's, while 52% (the correct number, not 47%) still pay ZERO. And you have the audacity to claim we refuse to take from those who have?

Your argument is ridiculous on it's face.

I saw your point. I simply disagree.

By your logic, NOBODY should be able to complain about ANY subsidy/tax exemption because at some level or another EVERYONE accepts subsidies and/or tax exemptions. That is how convoluted a system gets when the government tries to pick the winners and losers.

The fact that you only choose to single out Bachmann for criticism only indicates your partisanship.

I say eliminate ALL subsidies and tax exemptions. What is so hypocritical about that?
Not every one gets hand outs then complain about others.. she does...and not everyone gets handouts...do you ????

I criticize her for being a hypocrite for complianing... I think you are having a problem understanding this...don't complain about something you are doing...hell she can take all the loot she wants, but don't run on a campaign platform being against it...please pay attention

I don't cheat on my taxes, but I do take FULL advantage of what I can do...my whole point on why people who make over 250,000 a year have ZERO worries about paying more in taxes...

Hated? That may be the perception among unemployed slackers in New Mexico.

But in Texas? That's nothing more than wishful thinking on your part.

If he is so hated by the Republicans, Kay Bailey would now be Governor.
Wishful thinking? You realize I'm in New Mexico and we here all about the shit coming out of Texas (politically speaking). Perry is hated by the majority of his own party not to mention the Democrats in the state. His administration is a train wreck.

You are singling her out for criticism while ignoring the fact that your business benefited from a green machines initiative which allowed you to purchase government-subsidized equipment.

But I am not dictating to you what to complain about; as you are doing to Rep. Bachmann.

See? I was paying attention.

That may be the perception in the piece of shit wasteland to the West.

I am actually in Texas.

And I'm not hearing any of that from Republicans.

Yeah, the D's don't like him. But that's not a surprise.

Like I stated previously - wishful thinking.

No you are not pay attention JohnnyO.. I don't care about her making money off of subsidies. I have a problem with her running a campaign against it ...

So if her family received no subsidies you would not have a problem with her campaigning against it?

I call BULLSHIT!

You are merely using it a vector of attack and justifying it with a specious hypocrisy claim.

Which does not matter because as I stated previously, the subsidies are perfectly LEGAL.

The subsidies are completely irrelevant. As are your objections.

It is you who are not paying attention.

That's not a big surprise.

And it's not news either.

When Dubya was Governor and Perry was Lieutenant Governor, there was quite a bit of friction between the two offices behind the scenes.

Ron Paul came in with less then 200 votes behind her and the rest of those liars were 10's of thousands behind the both of them
This Guy Perry is supported by Colbert another Foreigner (Canadian) Bible thumper. There are ton of posts on Yahoo from people who live there about his Governorship and from what I understand he would lease or sell his whole state to make it look balanced. As a matter of fact this guy has cooked his states books for so long he has a huge a balloon payment due that he does not have the half of it to cure. Sounds like another drunken sailor spending on leave. My information comes form some well written post with facts and figures I obviously did not post here but did read from some one who has lived in Texas for the last 25 years.
I dont think a woman President will get any respect through out the world in my opinion. Heck if you extrapolate all the equal changes and who we have allowed to vote and what we have ended up with, I gotta say it was the wrong direction. I read where some one posted that you should have to own land to vote not be Renter with no skin in the game. I kinda agree with that, on a Federal standpoint. With State it should be the people of the state to decide on common laws but not to pick the big boys of Senate. Trying to get amnesty via a Senator who's agenda is to give away America like they are doing with our water supply. Those last two sentences are deep and not an attempt to be raciest but to exemplify agendas or self gain at the cost to the rest of us Legally here. Ron Paul has a lot of this thinking about giving away resources for a bottled water company to make a Billion at ultimately our expense. Or having the states decide on what is best for the states and has not really filp flopped or switched parties as this guy Perry has. I am sure if we were to dig on the rest of these liars there would be a mountain of dirt on them, yet my boy R.Paul has been plugging away for years without any dirt other them misconstrued wording of legalizing heroin. Which BTW was taken out of context and simply was a question from R.P stating:
"If heroin were legal would you do it?" In other words if something is legal like alcohol, not everyone uses or abuses it.
R.P 2012 for me!
