The darkness is supposed to trigger trichome growth. Your girl will see the longer darkness period as upcoming winter so she will produce more resinous material to protect herself. I will say that I had two 24+ hour darkness periods on BG1.0 and she is one glistening girl. Under a 60x loupe she is covered in trichs. Even dry and cured she is sticky and my bowls and vape are getting sticky as hell. I hit my vape last night with nothing in it except built up resin and it gave me a nice little buzz. I have not tried the last few days yet. I think that will be part of the plan this time. I agree with all of you on the uppy head high combined with a bit of couchlock action. This is exactly why I chose NL. I am sure other strains can do the same. Hell i still have three NL seeds left, but I am planning on buying another strain next grow. I may grow a strain in the ICE family.

i have tried nl. nice stone. i have been a fan of chrystal lately (white widow x northern lights then re-backcrossed with northern lights) the pheno i have is a great mix of both.

i have some taiga by dutch passion coming in... thats supposed to be a even head and body high... i think they described it as racy and body stone... i dunno... it looked appealing for that reason... i swear by at least 24 hours dark before switching to 12/12 and before harvest... i did it on the last lady i grew out and god dang... it was great... way more resin then my first lady... even though the first lady wasnt done completely when harvested, the amount of trichs early on showed that early dark periods may have helped... no exact proof... just experience

I have some pictures that I will upload of the manicured plants, but I will say that it did not look nearly as nice as your girl. Still it is some stinky and sticky weed. I have high hopes (sorry for the pun). I am really interested to see how yours turns out in the end.

hahaha, i like your style meta! that threesome sounds pretty wild i must say. you know what i'll bring? i'll bring my fancy solar power no-spin fan lol. that one you can take back with you to keep your solar friends company. can't wait bro! but before we count chickens, i have to knock on wood that the powdery mildew doesn't get worse. i'm noticing some of it in bewteen sugar leaves. but today i did FULL GYNECOLOGICAL exam inspecting every bud i could get close to, and only found a few tiny spots with PM which i sprayed with extra concentrated greencure. so it's looking hopeful but i don't wanna jinx anything. also i'm not sure how well i'll be able to cure these bitches... does a history of PM make it (a) somewhat more likely, (b) a lot more likely, (c) definitely likely to develop mold during curing?
on and speaking of angelic looking buds, check out this picture i took a couple days ago. it's of one of blue cream's "inner buds" (i had to lift a sugar leaf to capture it, as you can see on the upper left). the cfl lights were hitting the pistils just right. one of my all time favorites.

As for the PM making mold more likely during cure...I do not know. I know after I dried Shirley, her PM didn't spread much while she was in the jar, but then again I smoked her up in like a week, so I have no idea whatsoever if a PM plant is predisposed to curing issues...My guess would be yes, probably...But then I heard PM needed a living plant to do it's thing, and once you chop and dry, that might make it an atmosphere that PM cannot sustain itself in. Man, I'm in over my head on this one...
