I dried my trim that way and made the best dry sift rosin Il ever make any time soon. It really was hash rosin. Ive had small batches turn out fine. Its still watery needs 20mins to cool which to me is terps. I know my stuff aint great but its just the lifestyle Im loving. Grow weed, dry and press.

My way of doing things are polarizing I know. I just share still because its my experience and that can be valuable to some people.

Well if you're interested we could brainstorm and figure some things out together. 2 brains are always better than one. Well not always maybe lol but most times

Heres my lighter colors same treatment. Some of it was dried 60/60 the dry sift was 35rh 3 days. Idk why its even darker suddenly. The 60/60 weed was light enough for my liking and grew in 35rh box fan over it 2/3 setting so why didnt the grow enviorment darken it?

Im still happy with the quality this stuff, I already dabbed a gram of it. Its just dark. The last time if was this dark I wasnt as happy with it.

Chottle tech its called. Bags are a waste as you know flower rosin is loaded with junk I just use sleeves to keep puck in place. Sometimes it still blows out a bit but this run literally didnt do that once idk why.

Bags would be like $200 for a pound where as chottle with sleeves is 12$ for 2 pounds or 2.5 if you skimp hard. You can skimp it just gets tedious cutting sleeves at just the right size. So a lot of times I just say screw it its cheap enough and just do decent size cuts per puck.

And yea Im open to brainstorm but usually people just conclude everything is fine where its at. A not broken dont fix situation. Everytime I try to even just find a new pheno I waste time. That everything is pretty well put together.

In short Id need a unicorn washer and presser when its hard enough finding one for flower rosin. It can have bits of weed in it and still doesnt trouble me. Im not all that on flavor. Just good flavor is enough.

If I got 170gs bubble and still needed to press to dab it and got 60% Im losing more than I can even have energy to express right now lol. Im all set pretty much but love to hear from other hash makers. Oh and bho being too dangerous otherwise Id do bho.

Yea just dabbed more.. The taste is outrageous. A sugar on the tounge sweetness with a tangy og kush lemon gas that sticks in your throat for 7 mins coughing and breathing. Idk if I just have something special but damn flower rosin for me please.

Hey I mean if it's good enough for your tastes then all the power to ya. I'm way more of a snob when it comes to cannabis and extracts. For me that pure clean flavor means just as much to my high as the THC itself. I've been known to toss batches because I don t like how it tastes. Couldn't care less about the loss I have plenty to go around. You mentioned bho being 'dangerous' and I'd have to disagree. While I mean yes there is a factor of danger I suppose but not really much more than while you fill your car or lawnmower with gas. Common sense goes a long way. Keep sparks and flames away and you're all good. Been making bho for 20+ years and never had an issue

Before I forget, like a harvest or two ago you showed you bought a puffco. Wastei put me onto the 3d atomizors by 3gram. I cant express enough how much better it is, you literally get longer better highs off the same amount. I bought 3 more.

I used to think purity got me higher and it can be after a year of my own flower rosin by time I get through this, yea its fine for me. Ive dabbed all the best stuff its not about the product its the simpicity I like too. Damn I would of bought that from you, dabs cost 12$ a gram average still.

I still feel that way about weed vs dabs though, the purity gets me higher and a different kind. Weed is like edibles to me. Way I put it, I eventually went from 80-99% thc (crystillene) to 45-65% thc live resin so going to flower rosin is actually pretty damn similar.

My athsma dont like extra terps so less terps is ok. Long as it has that taste that makes it worth it.

Ya I've been kinda not happy with my peak it's hard to find parts around here and I constantly put too much in and fuck up the atomizer

Im glad I mentioned it then, I went years usung the stock ones. They have slightly cheaper price for the same atomizors from puffco but in element vape. I have 4 left they break easy and overload easy and just vape like crap.

I was getting bored of the puffco peak og but someone here said try the 3d 3gram mod. Omg I used to cough too much due to the slow vape but now I do quater gram dabs all day. Could handle more but I cant lol.

I dont cough nearly as much it just torches through it even on low temp but of course without actually torching the dabs. The vape chamber just milks up instantly and done. The highs are like nothing Ive had. Kinda like going from torch rigs to erigs and now 3d mods.

Been using dabpress erig, quartz banger and terp pearl. Am I missing out on 3d chamber? Would go for a puffco pivot at twice the cost of one 3G3D chamber.

Its worth every penny. The puffco is just a good battery and temp dialer and the 3g3d is the real device. Shame they quit making peak og’s. Might find some on shelf of tobacco shop if lucky. I might buy one more if the battery will stay good for a couple yrs before I get to use it.

I really was missing out for a couple years. I dont have the energy to express how great they are otherwise Id try to sell you a couple more paragraphs. In short never had suchy a milky chamber lol that sounds wrong. I took a .32g hit other day it could of handled more but I cant.

They quit making what they now call the peak og, they updated it and call it the 2025 peak. I was told its not nearly as good as the peak og and Im pissed. Then again I dont like changing up my routene but thats how I found a better experience.

So maybe dr dabber is cool and other aftermarket things. Id get anything 3d its the new thing now. I like durable, simplicity, easy to maintain. Its like coffee and cigs, people dont like to switch up brands etc at least to me but gonna have to some day. I just used stock parts for 2 yrs didnt change a thing until now.
