LUMLED is Lumateks own brand! They decided to use there own as they found more efficient ones than the LUMILEDS from their own factory. Cheaper as well because of the lack of brand.

As the owner told me earlier in the Thread
We have used Philips (Lumiled) & Osram in the Standard Zeus 600W however in the Pro we wanted to use our own High-efficiency Diodes we call LUMLED

Shown earlier in this thread, Lumateks own test documents, suggest Lumled = Dongguan LEDSTAR brand 2835 leds. The owner would do well to come join rollitup and clear a few things up. Don't cha think? Or maybe we should just all drink the "cool-aid".

Already had a new member join today and post on lumatek led lamps, and get banned for being rude and inflammatory in unrelated threads. Way to go with SEO.

Are you joking? This has to be up there with the stupidest posts of all time on RIU
Are you the one that started the trend of buying up all the TP?

I am as against all these Chinese hacks copying another product just to ride that companies coat tails as anyone could be but to suggest that the dimensions of a pcb is something that is patent enforceable? Give us all a break bro. You are just reaching too far and spreading nonsense.
Exactly, it's like lightbulb companies trying to patent their shape, smdh.

Wonder who makes those little Samsung-looking yellow leds. Emailed the company a couple days ago now and am still wondering.

Hm. So is that meaning it's a Chinese diode made by Donguan and NOT Lumitek like they claim?
As I recall, they said it was their own diode, but that doesn't mean they manufactured it. It's probably theirs because they contracted to have it produced. And on that topic, does it bother anyone else that they're branding it LumLED? I get that they're "Lumitek", so there's some sense in it, but with the pre-existing and much better-known LumiLED out there, it almost seems like a cheap attempt to make people think they're getting an established product. Like one of those copycat Chinese products where they tweak the name ever so slightly in hopes of gaining more sales via ignorance? Don't get me wrong, if it performs, it performs, and that's great, but... Unfortunate choice of names, I think. I'll just leave this here as a visual example of what I mean.

Someone mentioned the Pro is loaded with thousands of diodes, and leveraging them run low. As to what diode it is exactly? All we can see is that it is 2835 format. Having its own special name does add some allure.
