Tin foil is usually just aluminium, theres nothing wrong with aluminium unless you eat it..... No, it just that it reflects much more heat than light. Its basically used to keep food hot. Not good for plants. Also, someone already mentioned it, but ..... Fans, youu'll need another one at least.

I just re-read your original post. .. Your box is just over 2ft tall so you'll probably be Ok with the lights. Tin foil is not good. .. Mylar is what you want.

That does look like tin foil and not mylar. ....hmmm also, from the pictures reflections etc. . it looks like those lights are struggling to just illuminate your box. You won't achieve the results your efforts deserve, unless you up the wattage with your lights.

I try my best not to use anything. As it may end up in the smoke. A fly swat is the most organic method.

RE: Internet connection.... why not consider using one of those cloud dongle pay as you go thingies. Used with a cheapo PC or laptop and webcam . you could also monitor the grow area online..... i dunno, its a thought?

Heres some ideas to think about. 1. If youre going with lumatek ballasts choose the 600w dimmable. Then you can drop to 400w if need be. 2. Maybe split the room in 2. ..say 70% flower room 30% Veg/clone room goodluck

Yes. Venting the hot air from your grow tent will bring temps down..... you'll also need an inlet at the bottom of your tent for cool air..... to be honest though, if you only intend on using that 125W CFL for Veg and flower you could probably do without the Exhaust Fan.

its probably worth trying to dial in your temps and do what you can to get them down a bit. Its not going to be a problem for a while but as the plants grow it will only get hotter. Are you venting to outside the tent/cupboard?
