It's a tent, not a hermetically sealed bubble, smell can get out. You could use a ionizer outside you tent, or some sort of odor eater to catch the small amount that is escaping your tent. Good luck JR
First, you need heat if you can not get the magic temp of 75 deg. If you do not live in a cold climate or own a refrigerator you might need a heating pad thingy.
Said thingy is not made to make the seed grow fast?. I don't know who is telling you this or leading you in that line of thought...
It's cool, I've read those post too. You've done a lot of reading in a few short weeks. Fatman is a real smart guy that can get a lot done on the cheap. What else have you been reading here?
Just for clarification I was suggesting a table to more help with the daily watering and the mess it can make, and to also allow you to not have to move the plants too much to save your back. JR
Root bound, probably yes. Look at the last pic you posted, see how little that light is getting to the lower parts of the plants? That is why I like to keep all my indoor plants nice and short. Ask away....JR
Well they all look great, chill my friend.
Why did you grow them soooo big? You know they are going to try and double in size right?
Five gallons is not enough for these things, sorry. Back to try and read your first post.
Your res temp is pretty high. You will defiantly get root rot again if you do not get that under control. I would try to get your water temp down and I think a lot of things will come into line like your ph. JR
I have built my friends many a custom table for small grows to save their backs from all the manual labor.
Build a table out of 2x4 and plywood with 2x4 sides on top of the table. Make one corner lower than the rest. Drill for a 3/4 inch drain. Buy a pond liner from your local pet store or buy...
Rat, raccoon, possum, woodchuck and may others will do this. Chicken wire layer on the ground slightly under the surface will stop most digging. Good luck.
What you put in your dirt could attract these pests, FYI. JR
Looks good man, do you think you will hit a lb. I don't know. Keep doin what your doin and you should be fine. Don't listen to these guys, they are a good size for what you are running. Are you training them at all?
