To hard to say, way to many variables play part in the final outcome. I also have a CFL grow going, letting my girls *hoping they are* that were grown from seed veg for 8 weeks.. and flowering for the same. I'll let you know what I yield off 220W... probably won't be until near Xmas though lol...

Yes it is more than ok. Multiple light spectrum's is conducive to vigorous growth, I have a similar setup. Some people say to veg with a high spectrum and flower with low. I plan on using multiple specs. for the whole grow. Puff.

In my experience a good 3 to 5 days in between watering is the way to go for the vegging cycle... I water slowly until I notice water coming from the holes, add a bit more and stop. I hardly ever completely saturate the soil.. Puff.
