Aluminum foil is a bad idea. It can create hot spots which is a safety hazard for you -and- your plant.

You only want 1 per pot. It's already going to cause a ton of stress transplanting those with 5 close together, so do it asap. Also they are stretching really badly (Growing taller and taller but not growing more leaves), that's a strong indication of not enough light.
