If you're only gonna run that 250 plus I'm guessing another 150~ of cfl? So that puts you roughly 400W~ give or take 50 or so. In a 5x5 space you want at least 1000w of light if you want the 50w/square foot I think... But if you're gonna only run half of that around, I'd say you could get away...
